About Sue Dadswell

Sue Dadswell is an experienced coach, facilitator and trainer who has been working independently for twelve years. She has worked in the field of personal and professional development since 1988. Her main areas of expertise are the design and delivery of learning interventions for her clients, tailoring them to the client's individual needs. She has worked right across the business sectors (private, public and not-for-profit), cultures and environments. These interventions range from small one-off events through to rolling development programmes.

Sue is an experienced one-to-one Coach and also provides Coaching training to people who themselves want to apply the skills of coaching in their workplace. Sue has attended the Ashridge Coaching for Organisation Consultants programme.

Over the last seven years Sue has been working increasingly in the arena of fair treatment at work. This covers the topics of Harassment and Bullying, Diversity and Work/Life Balance.

Additionally, Sue has delivered training in French, appeared in the BBC Select TV video "Handling Difficult People" and has helped a client company achieve a National Training Award. Sue's early career was spent with a major retailer, whom she joined as a graduate trainee. She spent six years working in store management before joining one of the country's oldest and largest training providers and working for them as an adviser, senior adviser and latterly, consultant and team coach.

Sue is a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management

Sue is a qualified practitioner for a dynamic instrument which helps teams to work effectively together in both good times and in times of stress. Strength Deployment Inventory ® can equally be used with individuals to enhance their relationships with others - the Relationship Awareness Theory®.

Sue has a Joint Honours degree in English and French from the University of Leeds.
